Roberta Valentini was born on 30th August 1981 in Nürnberg. During her study on the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding in Munich she got her first roles as Éponine in Les Miserables (Hoftheater Nürnberg) in 2000 or Florinda in Into the Woods (Prinzregententheater Munich) in 2005.

She was cast for the Thun production of Elisabeth as Countess Esterházy-Liechtenstein and alternate Elisabeth. From 2007 to 2010 she played Elphaba in Wicked (Stuttgart and Oberhausen). During this time she also originated the title role of Marie Antoniette in Bremen and played Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde in Bielefeld.

After this she took part in several productions in Bielefeld and played Ulla in Kein Pardon (Düsseldorf). She returned to Elisabeth for the 3rd European Tour which included performances in Shanghai, Germany and Austria from 2014 to 2016. In summer 2016 she played Morgana in Artus Excalibur (Tecklenburg).
